Two decades experience supporting entrepreneurs to divest their lives work.  Jeff was raised in a blue collar family operating service businesses, primarily HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.  Like his family, Jeff takes pride in quality service and putting in a hard days work.  Since receiving his law degree in 2002, Jeff has supported more than 200 business owners to divest their business, majority of those in healthcare.  The terms of an agreement will make, or break, the expected value and Jeff's expertise and experience is invaluable.

Two decades of experience in the corporate development and M&A playing field.  He's founded businesses, supported numerous start-ups build multi-million dollar operations, divested businesses, and participated in the private equity backed consolidation, having acquired businesses representing nearly $250M of revenue.  Having been on every side of the business sale transaction and having negotiated nearly 1,000 business agreements, Ryan has the experience and skills to get deals closed.
