1. Preparation

We leverage decades of combined corporate development and M&A experience to create, amend, and execute a strategic growth plan.  Exit GM will support it all; planning for geography, target revenue and profit margin, acceptable risks, cultural needs, value creation strengths, and potential to leverage structure.

2. Evaluation

By understanding unique needs, goals, integration capabilities, and finances, we help develop a screening criteria and research the target markets for strong opportunities.

3.  Pursuit

Our team and expert relationships will canvas target geographies to identify potential prospects based upon the set of predetermined metrics.  Then together we explore the prospective targets business and cultural fit. O ur team will provide an in-depth analysis of each opportunity so that you can personally invest further on the best of them.

4.  Documentation

Our team will complete initial due diligence provide a deep dive into each prospective acquisition and when appropriate, oversee with attorneys the negotiation of deal documents from Letter of Intent ("LOI") through purchase agreements and any ancillary documents.

5. Celebration

Depending upon your preparedness and seller's readiness, the process typically takes 60 to 90 days to heat up.  Once engaged with a serious seller, transactions generally close in 75 to 100 days.
